Overview
The Systems Integration, Test, and Readiness (SITR) Execution Lead provides leadership support to the Site Lead and Site Manager as a member of the FGA leadership team. The Execution Lead is responsible for overseeing FGA operational execution and providing leadership support to our industry and government customers. Working together with the Operations Lead, the Execution Lead ensures successful execution of all site operational activities and interfaces with multiple organizations to ensure seamless communication and coordination between all stakeholders.
Core Responsibilities
  • Site Leadership support
    • Supports Site Lead and Site Manager with site responsibilities, including but not limited to site visitor activities, site logistics/coordination, EHS, and government/program audits.
  • Operational Execution
    • Manage the Operational team activities and scheduling
    • Meet with industry partners, government customers, and local warfighters to ensure seamless communication and coordination for site status as well as system activities and events.
    • Participate in planning activities for future event support (operational transitions, test events, etc.)

Required Qualifications
Level 3:
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with Bachelors of Science; 3 years with Masters; 1 year with PhD

Level 4:
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience with Bachelors of Science; 6 years with Masters; 4 years with PhD

Both levels:
  • Active Secret clearance with eligibility for Top Secret clearance at the time of application.
  • Strong experience in National Defense and System Operational Planning
  • Strong Program Management skills
  • Ability to read, write, and edit technical documentation to reliably execute system tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills; capable of translating technical concepts for diverse audiences.

Desired qualifications:
  • CompTIA Security+ or equivalent DoDM 8140.03 Information Assurance Technical (IAT) Level II certification.
  • Experience working with GFC and GCN systems/applications
  • Hands-on experience with Cisco hardware, Active Directory, VMware, and/or SolarWinds network monitoring platform.
  • Practical experience on Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) platforms.
  • Additional networking or Linux certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Cisco CCNA, or Red Hat RHCSA.

Primary Level Salary Range: $114,000.00 - $171,000.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
