SUVI Global Services is looking for a Voice/Video Engineer (TS) to support IT across all DoD OIG networks. To join our team of outstanding professionals, apply today!
Responsibilities
Manage classified video conferencing infrastructure, including VTC systems, streaming platforms, and AV equipment.
Ensure high availability and quality of service for meetings, events, and secure communications.
Support integration with collaboration tools and provide user training as needed.
Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities
Qualifications
Active Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience.
Minimum 4-6 years in an IT related field.
Active IAT Level II certification or equivalent.
Demonstrate strong technical proficiency with Cisco voice and network technologies.
Hands-on experience configuring and managing Cisco switches, routers, Session Border Controllers (SBCs), and VoIP gateways.
Ability to apply and manage QoS policies within Cisco environments.
Experience administering Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), including call routing, user provisioning, and feature configuration.
Familiarity with SIP trunking, endpoint security, and patch management within a DoD-aligned security framework.

$120,000 - $125,000
