What is circular work?

Circular work typically refers to tasks performed in a repetitive, cyclical manner within a job, often involving processes that require ongoing, sequential steps. It is common in manufacturing, assembly lines, and maintenance roles where workers follow established routines and use tools or machinery to complete their duties efficiently.

What are some common challenges faced by professionals working in circular economy roles, and how can they be addressed?

However I do work part-time so we'll need someone who can provide 10 to 15 hours a week of childcare.
