Excellence in presentation, cleanliness, and hospitality is achieved through authentic leadership, smart judgment, and a genuine spirit of generosity and joy.

Key Responsibilities:

· Oversee all daily theater operations, including open/close routines, cash, inventory, technical setup, and PCH (presentation, cleanliness, hospitality) standards.

· Lead by example: maintain a welcoming, positive environment for guests and staff; resolve challenges calmly and empathetically.

· Monitor and maintain all guest-facing areas—auditorium, lobby, restrooms, and exterior—ensuring exceptional cleanliness and safety.

· Execute accurate shift documentation, cash handling, and inventory management; communicate results and issues with clarity.

· Address guest concerns personally, using the L.E.A.D. protocol; drive service recovery and ensure loyalty.

· Motivate and energize the team to reach service, sales, and performance goals, celebrating wins and sharing feedback.

· Uphold NCG’s standards for appearance, conduct, teamwork, integrity, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

· Ability to multitask and lead in a fast-paced, guest-facing setting.

· Strong judgment, communication, and coaching skills; commitment to NCG’s mission and mindsets.

· Flexible schedule (evenings, weekends, and holidays); must be able to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs.

Why This Role Matters: The Shift Manager ensures every shift is a community-building opportunity, creates lasting memories, and inspires team and guest loyalty—advancing NCG’s standard of excellence in hospitality and moviegoing
