  • s.Hands-on experience with data modeling tools (e.g., Sparx Enterprise Architect, CIMTool) and data exchange formats (e.g., XML, RDF, JSON
  • ).Familiarity with utility systems such as SCADA, DMS, EMS, GIS, or OMS (Outage Management System
  • ).Lead CIM Strategy & Architecture by designing and governing CIM-compliant data models aligned with utility business and operational need
