WHAT TO EXPECT:
We're looking for a seasoned Growth Consultant to assume a pivotal position within Phiture, reporting directly to the Growth Lead and working closely with our key U.S.-based clients. You'll play a pivotal role across app store optimization (ASO) and the entire user acquisition (UA) funnel, driving measurable growth for world-class mobile apps. You'll lead projects that range from ASO-only engagements to integrated performance growth initiatives, connecting creative testing, data insights, and experimentation. This is a high-impact role for an experienced, hands-on marketer who combines analytical precision with strong strategic thinking and can confidently advise clients at a senior level.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN:
  • Keep the engine running: Oversee day-to-day operations within the pod and make sure projects stay on track.
  • Lead global ASO & CRO strategy: Drive scalable growth across markets and languages with data-driven experimentation.
  • Shape client roadmaps: Provide senior-level guidance and tailored strategies for key ASO accounts.
  • Experiment relentlessly: Apply testing methodologies to boost app performance, blending ASO expertise with CRO best practices.
  • Elevate discoverability: Lead keyword optimization to help apps shine in crowded app stores.
  • Drive creative excellence: Run creative testing to craft store assets that stand out in competitive marketplaces.
  • Mentor and inspire: Coach Growth Managers, fostering analytical thinking and curiosity.
  • Refine strategies with insight: Use deep knowledge of user behavior, app store dynamics, and growth experimentation to optimize client outcomes.
  • Be a thought leader: Help build Phiture's reputation as a go-to authority in mobile growth and ASO.
  • Set the bar high: Ensure top-quality service delivery and consistently strong results.
  • Stay ahead of trends: Integrate the latest best practices in CRO, performance marketing, and ASO.
  • Collaborate across time zones: Own the handoff between EU and US teams, ensuring seamless communication and continuity.
  • Be the US client partner: Act as the main point of contact for American clients and coordinate with EU teammates.
  • Juggle multiple priorities: Balance several client projects while keeping workstreams aligned and on schedule.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
  • 3+ years in ASO or related fields (CRO or experiment-driven mobile growth).
  • Deep understanding of mobile marketing and performance marketing principles.
  • A strategic mindset with hands-on experience in experimentation and user-behavior analysis.
  • Data-driven decision maker with excellent research and critical thinking skills.
  • Natural curiosity and adaptability, eager to deepen ASO expertise if needed.
  • Strong client-management experience, preferably within an agency setting.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working fully remote with distributed teams.
  • Comfort coordinating across North America-Europe time zones.
  • Solid project management and prioritization skills, thriving under multiple deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and make clear decisions in fast-changing environments.

NICE TO HAVE:
  • Apple Search Ads experience or any CAC:LTV-based performance marketing.
  • Familiarity with complementary growth disciplines such as lifecycle marketing or funnel optimization.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing tools or experimentation platforms (Optimizely, Google Optimize, Hotjar, VWO).

WHAT WE OFFER YOU:
  • Ultimate Remote Flexibility - Skip the commute. Bay Area-based, remote by default; a periodic in-person team and client meetups when needed.
  • Generous Time Off - 26 days PTO annually (on top of all U.S. national holidays), ensuring you have ample time to recharge, travel, and live your best life.
  • Outstanding Health Coverage - Premium health insurance through Cigna (medical) and Guardian (dental & vision), fully covered (100%) for you, with optional family coverage available.
  • Parental Leave You Can Count On - 10 weeks of fully paid parental leave after your first year, plus an additional 4 weeks of unpaid leave available on request.
