Founded in 2001, Xcaliber International has spent over two decades continuously growing and improving its manufacturing capabilities. As of today, Xcaliber’s 500,000 square-foot production complex features a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility, automated warehouse and logistics center, administrative offices, an ISO-certified laboratory, as well as adjacent wholesale distribution and tobacco processing subsidiaries. Xcaliber also features an additional administrative office in Tulsa, OK. SUMMARY
The Auxiliary I assists in the operations of cigarette manufacturing and the packaging process; loads and unloads packaging materials; and helps facilitate efficient production of high-quality tobacco finished goods. Auxiliaries I are responsible for duties in assigned areas and cross-training for cover in additional departments.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assist the Operator in the setup and operation of production equipment according to detailed work instructions.
  • Verify that materials used align with production schedules and brand specifications.
  • Maintain appropriate material levels to support continuous production flow.
  • Communicate effectively any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns with operators and supervisors.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
REQUIREMENTS
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Ability to quickly learn, retain, and apply knowledge across various duties and department
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
  • High attention to detail, proactive approach, and consistent follow-through.
  • Flexibility to perform effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Previous experience in manufacturing machine operations preferred.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Frequent walking, climbing, stooping, and reaching.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Visual acuity is sufficient to distinguish color variations, read product labels, and identify non-tobacco related materials.
WORKING CONDITIONS
  • This role is based on a fast-paced, climate-controlled production environment.
  • Requires standing for extended periods and exposure to manufacturing noise.
  • Must follow all safety, hygiene, and PPE (personal protective equipment) protocols.
