Your role and responsibilities

As a Package Specialist-SAP SCM, you will design, implement, and maintain SAP Supply Chain Management (SCM) solutions to optimize supply chain operations across industries. You will work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure seamless integration with existing SAP systems and third-party systems.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Design and Implement Solutions: Design, develop, test, and implement SAP-based supply chain solutions, focusing on successful project delivery and effective integration with clients' existing systems.
  • Configure and Customize Modules: Configure and customize SAP SCM modules for processes like warehouse management, global trade, product development, maintenance, quality control, and supply chain collaboration.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure seamless integration with existing SAP systems and third-party systems.

We are looking for an SAP Ariba Procure to Pay SME to provide functional support for the end-to-end SAP Ariba and Procure to Pay processes.

In this role, you will troubleshoot incidents, identify root causes, support integrations, and work closely with technical and business teams to ensure the smooth operation of SAP Ariba.

What will you do?
  • Provide functional support for SAP Ariba Buying and Invoicing, including Invoice Management, Catalogs, APC, and master data integrations.
  • Analyze and resolve Ariba incidents, identifying root causes and providing short- and long-term solutions within the required SLA.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot Ariba interfaces and integrations between Ariba Network, Invoice Management, CIG, and SAP.
  • Work with technical teams to analyze integration issues involving ABAP and CPI (Middleware).
  • Perform ticket triage, identifying whether issues are related to user errors, master data, training needs, system defects, or dependencies with other teams.
  • Collaborate with IT, Operations, Supply Chain, and business teams to resolve issues and prevent recurring incidents.
  • Support SAP releases, HRSP updates, instance refreshes, and regression testing.
  • Design and execute UT, SIT, and UAT test cases, including positive and negative scenarios.
  • Prepare functional specifications for technical teams developing custom integrations and define the necessary test cases.
  • Identify opportunities to improve solutions and make the support process more efficient.
Required Skills
  • Strong experience with SAP Ariba and Procure to Pay (P2P) processes.
  • Hands-on experience with Ariba Buying and Invoicing.
  • Experience with Ariba Invoice Management, Catalogs, APC, and master data integrations.
  • Experience troubleshooting SAP Ariba integrations and interfaces.
  • Knowledge of CIG (Cloud Integration Gateway) and/or CPI (Cloud Platform Integration).
  • Experience with incident management, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
  • Ability to work effectively with both functional and technical teams.
  • Experience creating functional specifications and test cases.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
