PACKAGING TEAM MEMBER NEEDED!
Full-time positions, Saturday rotations
Starting at $18/hr
At The Killer Brownie® Co., the Packaging team is one of the last checkpoints our brownies go through before being sent to thousands of specialty grocery stores and restaurants across North America. As a team member, you’ll pack our decadent brownies in attractive retail-ready packaging, prepare bulk Foodservice slabs, and ensure that the products meet all quality standards as they make their way down the conveyor belt. You’ll be one of the final stops these brownies make on their way to bring joy to waiting customers!
What you'll do:
  • Move and position racks of brownies in the packaging room
  • Adhere to packaging instructions
  • Bench, cut, and handle baked brownies
  • Place brownies on packaging equipment
  • Place packaged brownies in shipping boxes
  • Operate packaging equipment
  • Promote a safe work environment and adhere to safety practices
  • Assist with maintaining accurate food safety practices and documentation
  • Assist in a variety of positions on the Packaging team once trained
  • Communicate frequently and effectively with team members
  • Maintain a motivating environment with your team

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Basic math and literacy
  • Basic computer skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced and motiving environment
  • Able to effectively communicate (verbally and in writing)

  • Able to reach, bend, pull, and push
  • Able to work 10-hour shifts, starting at 5:30am, with Saturday availability
