The answer is you-an information security risk spe cia list who will break down complex threats into manageable plans of action. As an information security risk spe cia list on our team, you'll use your experience to work with government and military leaders to discover their cyber risks, understand applicable policies , and develop a mitigation plan. You'll review technical, environmental, and personnel details from other SMEs and team to assess the entire threat landscape. Then, you'll guide your client through a plan of action with presentations, white papers, and milestones. You'll work with your client to translate security concepts, so they can make the best decisions to secure their mission critical systems. This is your opportunity to act as an information security subject matter expert while broadening your skills in Cybersecurity. Work with us as we protect our military's communications systems. Join us. The world can't wait. You Have: * 3+ years of experience with Cybersecurity, IA, and JWICS accreditation support, DoD IA RMF, DCID 6 / 3, or ICD 503
* 3+ years of experience with develop ing and presenting technical information and presentations to non-technical audiences and clients
* Experience in implementing, enforcing, and supporting the development of policies and procedures reflecting cyber security regulations for network environments
* Experience in determining the security requirements for hardware, sof tware, and services acquisitions specific to IA security programs
* Experience with DoD security technical implementation guides ( STIGs ) , checklists, and DoD testing tools, including Gold Disk, Security Readiness Review Scripts ( SRRs ) , SCAP, and the Retina Nessus ACAS scanning tool
* Knowledge of DoD and intelligence community IA and security laws, regulations, and policies , including mandates
* Knowledge of Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service ( eMASS ) * TS/SCI clearance * Bachelor's degree * IAM II Certification Nice If You Have: * Knowledge to prepare, distribute, and maintain plans, instructions, guidance, and standard operating procedures concerning the security of network system ( s ) operations
* Knowledge to recommend resource allocations required to securely operate and maintain an organization's IA requirements
* Knowledge of FISMA and reporting requirements
* Ability to review IA security plans
* Ability to identify alternative functional IA security strategies to address organizational security concerns
* Ability to review the selected security safeguards to determine that security concerns identified in the approved plan have been fully addressed
* Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills * TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph * Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering
