Job description

TENICA is looking to hire a Python developer with the curiosity and technical foundation to support the development of AI agents. Must have an active TS/SCI clearance w/CI poly.
Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement Python-based tools and utilities
  • Prepare, clean, and structure datasets for use in AI/ML pipelines
  • Collaborate on developing AI agents, including integration and orchestration logic
  • Work with technical leads to understand requirements and translate them into code
  • Research and apply modern Python libraries related to data manipulation, APIs, and automation
  • Write clear, maintainable, and well-documented code
  • Support iterative testing and improvement of agent behavior

Qualifications:
Education and/or Experience:
  • Proficiency in Python with 2-5+ years of hands-on experience
  • Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, or strong interest in learning quickly
  • Experience with data processing tools (e.g., pandas, NumPy)
  • Comfort working with JSON, APIs, and automation workflows
  • Prior experience in a secure or classified environment is preferred
