Job description

The residency is a full time paid position for church planters looking to plant in RDU and consists of 3 phases. The residency is complete when the new church has been planted. Phase 1 focuses on building the foundations of the church plant.

Phase 2 focuses on equipping & training the church planter and their team for the launch. Phase 3 finishes up all the logistics leading up to launch day. They residency length will vary depending on the needs of the resident.
