Job description

PT Evening Cleaner – Church & Daycare | $17/Hour

We are hiring a dependable and detail-oriented Evening Cleaner for a church and daycare facility in Fishersville, VA.

Schedule

Schedule: Monday–Friday, approximately 4.25 hours per day. Cleaning of the church may begin as early as 4:00 PM, with the daycare portion beginning at 6:00 PM.

Responsibilities

•Clean and sanitize daycare areas and classrooms

•Clean designated areas of the church

• Clean and disinfect restrooms

• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors

• Empty trash and replace liners

• Wipe and disinfect high-touch surfaces

• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment

• Follow assigned cleaning procedures and checklists

Requirements

• Must be available Monday–Friday

• Must be able to begin the daycare portion of cleaning at 6:00 PM daily

• Reliable transportation required

• Dependable and punctual

• Comfortable working independently

• Previous commercial cleaning experience preferred

• Must be able to successfully complete a background check due to the daycare environment

• Must be available to start August 31, 2026

Pay: $17/hour | Approximately 21.25 hours/week
