Calling all who love singing, dancing, storytelling and nurturing young, energetic children! Chroma Early Learning Academy of seeks Marietta seeking an enthusiastic teachers who want to make a difference and put their talents to use. Call today to learn more about how you can join our team.


Candidates are required to work together with their co teachers on completing daily activities for the classroom which include but are not limited to implementing curriculum changing diapers feeding cleaning and sanitizing. Hourly pay varies depending on experience and degree level. What You'll Do

Teacher Responsibilities:


  • Supervision and daily class functions of a group of children
  • Establish and maintain a safe, healthy, and nurturing learning environment
  • Observes all rules and regulations at Chroma Early Learning Academy and the local, state, and national agencies pertaining to the health, safety, and care of children
  • Support each child’s social and emotional development and provide positive guidance
  • Assess each child's developmental needs on an ongoing basis
  • Implements the approved lesson plans and daily classroom schedule in accordance with the Chroma Early Learning Academy curriculum and programming
  • Maintains an attractive, well-kept classroom that encourages children to create, explore and make decisions with confidence
  • Provides verbal recognition and acceptance to children while providing clear and consistent expectations for the children's behavior
  • Accepts responsibility for maintenance and necessary housekeeping duties of the classroom, common use areas, and playgrounds
  • Attends all staff meetings, workshops, and/or school functions
  • Maintains overall professional personal appearance adhering to the guidelines offered in the Chroma Early Learning Academy Employee Handbook
  • Knowledge of the social, emotional and creative needs of young children
