Job Description:

Our client is a large Hedge Fund that prides itself on high levels of success and an innovative approach. The Human Resources Department is seeking an administrative assistant who will succeed in supporting the office of the CHRO. This firm is seeking a highly polished professional who understands discretion and prioritization. This firm has a strong belief in investing in employees and offers prestige, as well as a growth mentality.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist with calendar management, travel arrangements, phones, and emails
  • Prepare for meetings by printing all materials and documents as needed
  • Communicate directly on behalf of the office of the CHRO
  • Take charge of internal and external department communications (must have a keen eye for detail and strong proofreading abilities)
  • Organize meetings and conferences for department
  • Work closely with the team and other admins to inform them on upcoming commitments
  • Set up conference rooms and conference calls, includes set up and break down of rooms
  • Complete expense reports and complete requests
  • Booking international and domestic flights on behalf of the team as needed

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelorโ€™s Degree
  • 2-5 years of administrative experience
  • Strong Microsoft skills
  • Ability to deal with a difficult personality
  • Ability to cope with deadlines
  • Ability to work well independently and as a team
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize

Compensation:
