Job Overview:

As an Automotive Service Advisor/Writer with Christian Brothers Automotive, you are the trusted professional our guests rely on for assistance with their vehicles. Your role is crucial in building lasting relationships, as you are the face they see every time they invest in their vehicle.

Service Advisors guide our guests through the entire repair process, keeping them informed about the status of their vehicles and ensuring their satisfaction before they leave our facility.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Demonstrate ability in presenting “easy to understand” vehicle solutions
  • Consistently and effectively sell services with transparency and integrity
  • Organize phone communications in a clear and professional manner
  • Ensure we treat every guest with our “Love Your Neighbor” level of respect
  • Uplift teammates with your never-ending support
  • Ensure that all repairs are performed to proper specifications
  • Shuttle guests as needed
Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of sales experience in any field
  • Desire and demeanor to deliver amazing customer service
  • The ability to multitask during the sales process, including effective listening skills
  • Can execute problem-solving skills during a guest conversation
  • Proficiency in Windows-based computer software applications
  • Experience in Customer Service or Automotive Service roles preferred
  • Industry-recognized sales or service training certification preferred
  • Driver’s license and driving record acceptable to our insurance carrier

Physical Requirements:

  • Being dependable and reliable for a position that is scheduled for Monday – Friday, 7am – 6pm
  • Being on your feet the majority of the workday (standing, walking, coordinating parts, etc.)
  • Occasionally lifting and carrying objects over 50 lbs.
  • Keeping a brisk work pace in a high-volume environment
