Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly upon arrival, understand their vehicle's needs, and create accurate service orders.

Effectively communicate vehicle issues, recommended services, and associated costs to customers in a clear and understandable manner.

Build trust and rapport with customers by providing honest assessments and recommendations.

Schedule service appointments and manage the flow of vehicles through the service department.

Coordinate with automotive technicians to ensure efficient and high-quality repair work.

Requirements
