Job description

We are seeking a nurturing and dependable Associate Preschool Toddler Teacher to join our team and help support the growth and development of young children in a structured, engaging classroom environment.

About the Role

As an Associate Teacher, you will support the Lead Teacher in implementing curriculum, guiding children through daily routines, and fostering a positive, safe, and enriching learning environment.

Minimum Requirements

  • 12 ECE units required (or at least 6 units completed and actively enrolled in remaining units)
  • Knowledge of California Title 22 Child Care Licensing Regulations preferred
  • CPR & First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Ability to pass background check and fingerprint clearance

Responsibilities

  • Assist in implementing age-appropriate curriculum
  • Support children’s social, emotional, and academic development
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom
  • Help with diapering and potty training as needed
  • Collaborate with lead teachers and staff
  • Diaper changing and Potty training (extra financial incentive offered)
