Our client is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance, repair, and overall upkeep of facility equipment and operations. This role is responsible for ensuring that all production, handling, transportation, and facility equipment remain in excellent working condition while supporting safe and efficient operations.
The Maintenance Supervisor will lead preventive and predictive maintenance programs, supervise maintenance personnel, maintain compliance with safety regulations, and help improve equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
Key ResponsibilitiesEquipment & Facility MaintenanceOversee the maintenance and repair of all facility, production, handling, and transportation equipment.
Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance needs and prevent equipment downtime.
Ensure all equipment and systems are operating safely and efficiently.
Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
Lead, supervise, and delegate work assignments to maintenance staff.
Train employees on proper equipment operation and care.
Monitor employee training progress and evaluate team performance.
Assist with recruiting and onboarding maintenance personnel.
Develop equipment maintenance schedules and present maintenance updates to management.
