Their responsibilities typically include greeting patients, scheduling appointments, managing records, preparing treatment rooms, and sometimes assisting with basic patient care under supervision. They play an important role in ensuring the clinic runs smoothly and patients have a positive experience. In some states or clinics, they may also assist with therapeutic modalities or exercises as directed by the chiropractor.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a chiropractor assistant, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Chiropractor Assistant, you need a basic understanding of anatomy, strong organizational skills, and often a high school diploma or relevant certification. Familiarity with scheduling software, electronic health records (EHR) systems, and basic office equipment is typically required.
