Join Our Surgical Oncology Team

We are currently in search of a fellowship-trained, board-certified Surgical Oncologist to enhance our dedicated team, which includes another surgical oncologist and an advanced practice provider. We seek a proactive and collaborative physician who is enthusiastic about innovation and committed to expanding our established statewide cancer service line, thereby influencing the future of surgical oncology in central Iowa and its surrounding tertiary service area, which serves 1.5 million residents.

Visa Sponsorship: We welcome applications from candidates requiring J-1 and H-1B visas.

Opportunity Highlights
  • Case Mix: Involves solid tumor surgeries, cytoreduction HIPEC, major gastrointestinal resections, thyroid/parathyroidectomies, Whipple procedures, and wide local excisions with sentinel lymph node mapping.
  • Technology: Utilize the DaVinci Xi robotic platform equipped with teaching consoles.
  • Facilities: Access to onsite medical imaging, laboratory, and pharmacy services.
  • Operating Room: Block scheduling available.
