In this role you will help build and develop our brand-new clinic and have the opportunity to support our Stamford, CT location.
At The Joint, we handle operations, marketing, and administration, allowing you to focus 100% on patient care. We are a walk-in, cash-based chiropractic clinic that focuses on giving our patients an excellent, consistent, and efficient experience while allowing our doctors to exercise their own professional and clinical expertise.

  • Instant Volume: With our proven marketing and potential of the Norwalk location, you'll have a steady stream of patients from day one.
  • Work-Life Balance: Our shifts are structured to ensure you have a life outside the clinic. No more taking charts home or marketing on weekends.
The Role
As a Chiropractor at our Norwalk clinic, you will be the clinical lead of the practice. You'll see a diverse range of patients-from athletes and busy professionals to families-all seeking to improve their quality of life through chiropractic care.
We are hiring chiropractors to support both our new Norwalk, CT clinic and our established Stamford, CT location. Multiple schedule structures are available based on experience and clinic needs.
  • Full-Time - Norwalk, CT (Founding Team)

  • Part-Time - Norwalk, CT or Stamford, CT
Full-time Norwalk roles require pre-opening training in Stamford, CT.
Schedule & Start Date
  • Clinic Hours
    • Monday-Friday: 10:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.

  • Full-time: 40 hours per week, including Saturday rotations
  • Part-time: Fixed weekly schedule with consistent hours
  • Start Date: April 2026

Full-time doctors must provide coverage at both Norwalk, CT and Stamford, CT locations as operational needs require.
Your core responsibilities:
  • Perform high-quality, manual adjustments (Diversified, Drop, or Activator as needed).
  • Conduct focused physical exams and consultations for new patients.
  • Educate patients on the benefits of routine chiropractic maintenance and "Spinal Hygiene."
  • Recommend personalized care plans that transition patients from acute pain management to long-term wellness.
  • Maintain clean, efficient electronic SOAP notes.
  • Be the "Face of the Clinic," by featuring in clinic social media content about Chiropractic care and our clinic

What We're Looking For
  • Clinical Excellence: Proficiency in manual adjusting and a strong clinical "intuition."
  • Effective Educators: You can explain the "why" behind chiropractic care in a way that resonates with the average person.
  • Team Players: You work seamlessly with our Wellness Coordinators to create a positive, high-energy clinic environment.
  • Credentials: Doctor of Chiropractic degree from an accredited university and a valid Connecticut Chiropractic license (or in the process of obtaining).
  • You genuinely care about patient outcomes and building rapport.

Benefits & Compensation
  • Competitive base salary + bonus opportunities.
  • Paid malpractice insurance.
  • Opportunity for career advancement within a growing franchise network.
  • A supportive environment where your clinical expertise is respected.
