Job description

Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) - Tacoma & Seattle

Are you a motivated, hands-on chiropractor looking for a long-term home where you can grow, thrive, and make a real impact?

We are a well-established, fast-growing, multi-disciplinary chiropractic practice with clinics in Tacoma and Seattle, Washington, and we’re expanding our team. There is a strong and immediate opportunity to work and potentially grow your presence potentially in one or both of our locations.

Our clinics combine chiropractic, acupuncture, massage and functional medicine in a collaborative, team-focused environment. We are looking for a confident, adaptable Doctor of Chiropractic who is excited to build patient relationships, deliver excellent adjustments, and be part of a positive, forward-moving culture.

The Ideal Candidate:

Is comfortable adjusting in a steady, fast paced, and team oriented environment
Is flexible with hours and occasional vacation coverage
Wants growth opportunity beyond just "show up and adjust"
This is a great fit for a chiropractor who values consistency but also wants room to expand their influence and patient base.

Position Overview:

This position is primarily based at our busy Tacoma clinic, with the opportunity to expand into our Seattle location as we continue growing our team and serving more patients throughout the region.

What We Offer:
  • Health insurance
  • 401(k) benefits
  • Paid time off
  • Ongoing professional training and mentorship
  • A supportive, growth-oriented team culture
  • Significant opportunity for long-term growth
Requirements:
  • Doctor of Chiropractic degree from an accredited institution
  • Active Washington State Chiropractic License
  • Strong manual adjusting skills (instrument proficiency a plus)
  • Excellent communication and patient education skills
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team
Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform chiropractic adjustments using diversified/manual techniques (Activator a plus)
  • Develop and manage individualized treatment plans
  • Maintain accurate, timely patient documentation
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care
  • Provide coverage for team members during vacation or leave periods
  • Help build and maintain strong patient relationships, especially within the community
