Job description

Company Description
Join an established Vancouver-area chiropractic office built on strong outcomes, real doctor-patient rapport, and steady long-term growth. Our clinical approach is upper cervical-informed, while still delivering full-spine, hands-on care with Activator-influenced protocols in a supportive, patient-centered setting. We value consistency, professionalism, and a team culture where the doctor can keep sharpening skills and building a lasting patient base.
Job Description
  • Step into an Associate Chiropractor role centered on relationship-based care and continued practice growth-with a clear runway for the right doctor to move toward partnership or ownership.
  • Provide confident, hands-on full-spine chiropractic care within an upper cervical-informed and Activator-influenced framework.
  • Establish trust through clear communication, thoughtful care planning, and a consistent patient experience.
  • Stay coachable and open to refining technique, learning new skills, and aligning with established clinical protocols.
  • Support practice growth through professionalism, follow-through, and a positive presence with patients and the team.

Qualifications
  • Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree.
  • Active Washington license (or ability to obtain promptly).
  • Strong manual adjusting ability and comfort delivering full-spine care.
  • Adaptable, open-minded, and willing to learn office-specific systems and protocols.
  • Dependable, patient-centered, and professional in communication and follow-through.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset-motivated to grow, not just "clock in and clock out."

Additional Information
  • Base salary: $85,000+ (higher based on experience, fit, and adjusting ability).
  • Benefits may include: malpractice coverage, health insurance, retirement options, and CE support.
  • Growth path: long-term partnership or ownership potential for the right chiropractor.

If your qualifications align with our needs and you are selected to proceed in the application process, you will be directed to the inter office online application.
