Job description

Frederick, MD | Full-Time | Purpose-Driven, Family-Focused, Excellence-Led
Competitive base salary + monthly performance bonus | 401(k) profit sharing | PTO | CE covered | Malpractice covered | Complimentary chiropractic care
WHO WE ARE

Restoration Family Chiropractic is a practice in Frederick, MD built on a simple idea: people deserve exceptional care from a team that genuinely cares. We're a close-knit team of doctors and team members with solid systems in place, a strong patient base, and a culture built on accountability, honesty, and purpose.
We measure what matters, hold each other to a high standard, and invest deeply in the people who invest in us. We're growing - and we're building the team of doctors who grow with us.

THE ROLE

We're looking for an Associate Chiropractor who is, above all, a doctor on a mission. Someone who got into this profession to change lives - and is ready to do that at the highest level inside a practice that's built to support it.
You'll be a primary care provider for our patients - adjusting, educating, and walking families through their healing journey from the first phone call to long-term wellness. You'll own the patient experience from end to end. In this role, you'll hold significant clinical influence, drive real patient outcomes, and contribute to a mission far greater than a daily schedule.
This is a long-term seat for the right doctor. We're not hiring a placeholder. We're hiring someone who wants to grow with us - clinically, financially, and as a leader.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN
  • Specific, principled chiropractic care for a high volume of patients - including children, pregnant moms, and entire families
  • The full patient onboarding experience - first impressions, consultations, X-ray review, and care recommendations delivered with white-glove excellence
  • Patient education that helps people understand their health in a way no one ever has before
  • Care conversations that lead families with clarity and conviction
  • Patient retention and referrals - the families you serve become the families who send their own
  • Marketing and community engagement - workshops, screening events, and in-office referral generation
  • Ownership of your key performance indicators - you'll know your numbers and you'll work to grow them
WHO YOU ARE
  • You're mission-driven. You got into this profession to change lives, and you want to do that every day.
  • You're humble, hungry, and confident. You take feedback without flinching. You bring your full game.
  • You lean into the hard conversation when a family's health is on the line. The people we serve need a doctor who'll tell them the truth, not the easy thing.
  • You're a people person with precision - warm with patients, clear in care conversations, steady when it matters.
  • You love serving kids and families. Pregnant moms, newborns, busy parents, active grandparents - all of them. Webster certification is a strong plus.
  • You can read and mark up X-rays and carry a patient experience from start to finish without outsourcing the hard parts.
  • You're a builder, not a placeholder. You want to help grow a practice, not coast inside one.
  • You're coachable. You may have a toolkit you love, but you're open to learning the way we do things here.
  • You're values-driven. Our faith-centered culture shapes how we treat patients and each other. You don't have to share our faith, but you need to genuinely fit within a values-driven environment.
WHAT WE OFFER
  • Competitive base salary + Performance Bonus (depending on experience)
  • Monthly performance bonus tied to clinical and growth KPIs - when the practice wins, you win
  • 401(k) with profit sharing
  • Paid time off
  • Continuing Education covered
  • Malpractice insurance covered
  • Complimentary chiropractic care for you and your immediate family
  • Mentorship from a practice owner who is actively building, not coasting
  • A clear pathway for long-term growth - clinically, financially, and as a leader. We invest deeply in the people who invest in us.
  • A team that genuinely values the people in it
We hire slowly and intentionally. Protecting our culture and our patients matters more to us than filling a seat - and we trust that the right doctor will feel the same.
