Job description

Associate Chiropractor

HealthSource of Bothell is a fast-paced, high-energy chiropractic and progressive rehab clinic dedicated to helping people get out of pain and back to doing what they love. Our brand-new, state-of-the-art facility offers chiropractic adjustments, progressive rehab, spinal decompression, Class IV laser therapy, sports therapy, orthotics, nutrition, and wellness products.

Position Summary

We're looking for an energetic, coachable, and patient-focused Associate Chiropractor who wants to build a long-term career with us. This position will be fast tracked to a clinic director role at a HealthSource clinic in the Seattle area. You'll deliver outstanding care, learn from mentors, and gain leadership skills that prepare you for future advancement within the HealthSource system. Key Responsibilities

Patient Care:

  • Perform detailed patient assessments, including health history, physical exams, and diagnostic imaging (e.g., X-rays). Develop personalized, evidence-based care plans.
  • Deliver skilled chiropractic adjustments and lead patients through corrective and rehabilitative exercises. Integrate modalities such as decompression therapy, laser therapy, and orthotics as part of comprehensive care.
  • Educate patients on preventive care, posture, exercise, and healthy lifestyle habits. Ensure every patient receives a five-star experience from their first visit to graduation.

Clinical Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including treatment notes, progress reports, and billing information.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and documentation standards.
  • Utilize electronic health records (EHR) systems to record patient encounters and maintain confidentiality of patient information.

Collaboration & Communication:

  • Work closely with the Clinic Director, rehab specialists, and support staff to ensure seamless care.
  • Communicate clearly with patients and families regarding treatment plans, progress, and expectations.
  • Engage in community outreach and relationship-building with local businesses and healthcare providers.

Professional Growth & Development:

  • Participate in weekly team meetings and ongoing training to improve communication and care quality.
  • Contribute ideas for improving patient outcomes and clinic operations.
  • Demonstrate a growth mindset with a long-term interest in leadership or ownership opportunities.
Qualifications
  • Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree from an accredited program.
  • Active Washington State license (or ability to obtain promptly).
  • Eligible for Malpractice Insurance in Washington State.
  • 1-2 years of clinical experience preferred.
  • Strong clinical skills and proficiency in chiropractic adjustments and manipulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients.
  • Passionate about wellness, rehabilitation, and helping people live pain-free lives.

Schedule & Compensation

  • Monday – Friday (with occasional weekend events).
  • Competitive base salary + performance bonuses + clear advancement path to Clinic Director.

Compensation: $95,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
