Overview

In order to be eligible for this position you must be a current Merchandising Admin Assistant. 

About the Position

We are looking for a reliable Administrative Assistant who will undertake a broad set of administrative and clerical tasks focused in the beverage catagory such as providing support to our buyers assisting in daily office needs and managing our company's general administrative activities particularly answering phones and providing information to stores preparing reports and maintaining appropriate filing systems. This position is responsible for gathering and analyzing information to assist Buyer in item selection, pricing and advertising, and processing incoming mail. May make recommendations regarding product selection and pricing based on the information analyzed. Participates in vendor meetings and may interact directly with vendors on behalf of the Buyer. You will have to ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our office.

You should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools like MS Excel and office equipment. It is also required to have previous experience as an administrative assistant or Executive administrative assistant and familiarity within our industry.

Responsibilities

Administrative Assistant responsibilities are:
