Job description

We are seeking multiple candidates for Front Desk Supervisor position in our locations in college park and Jonesboro for our medical chiropractic group. These are full-time supervisory office administration position and will be co-trained with both front and back office. The full-time hours are Monday through Friday 9am to 7 pm and rotational Saturdays 9 am to 1 pm. You will oversee daily front office operations, manage and train the office staff, ensure patient flow and customer service, handle escalated patient issues, manage client scheduling, verify insurance / demographics, collect payments and maintain HIPAA compliance. You will act as the main go between the clients and providers and management, ensuring a smooth administrative and clinical transitions while performing core front desk duties as needed. You must be able to work in Jonesboro and College Park areas. Some training may be in Jackson Office initially with the management staff.

You must have the following skills:

1) BILINGUAL IS HELPFUL

2) FLUENT IN SPANISH IS HELPFUL

2) NOTARY (We will help you get if you are not already a notary)

3) X-RAY Certificate (We will help you get if you do not already have)

4) Advanced Training in being a Chiropractic assistant (We will help you get if you do not already have)

5) Certification in being a chiropractic assistant and lead to National certification.

Excellent phone skills, Honesty, Integrity, Humility, Ability to duplicate what is shown, Ability to Multitask, extremely organized, Self-Starter, and Customer service and patient management skills are critical. Should be a rule follower not a rule bender.

Having previous experience is definitely a plus in the chiropractic; legal; or medical field. Knowledge of calling Attorneys, Case managers, insurance companies and verifying benefits is also a plus. Previous experience in medical billing is also a plus. We are looking for long term team member. If you are a job hopper please do not apply. We are willing to train the right candidate. You will train in our Jonesboro location must be available to train a minimum of 4 to 8 weeks. You may also be asked to train in Jackson GA with the management team.

In Jonesboro you must be available full time Monday through Friday 9am to 7pm and rotational Saturdays 9 am to 1 pm.
