Job Summary

The main responsibility of the Chip Maker is to produce a variety of hand-crafted Sendik's chips for our customers. In addition, the Chip Maker will also assist with maintaining inventory of the department

Work Experience
Duties/Responsibilities
- Serve customers in the store while modeling Sendik's culture and providing "best in class" customer service,which includes, greeting, engaging, delighting and thanking every guest for their business
- Set up, replenish, and operate chip machine Assemble product and get ready for stocking, including packaging and pricing
- Assist with the training and mentoring of new associates
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety/sanitation regulations and proce dures
- Assist with all other store duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Must be a minimum of 18 years of age due to required operation of the equipment
- Eagerness to interact with customers
- Strong sense of team - ability to anticipate the needs of the team
- Ability to work at a fast paced and efficient manner
- Ability to take initiative and make decisions independently regarding department needs and priorities, under general supervision
- Excellent time management, prioritization and organization skills
- Ability to stand, walk, lift, bend, push/pull for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
