Description

GCI is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Cyber Technical Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate is responsible for the below:

  • Applying full range of targeting methodologies and tools in support of successful CNE which may include or blend elements of HUMINT, remote CNE, close/physical projects.
  • Using customer and IC targeting tools to exploit all source data including technical, CNE-derived or other large datasets to identity information of project and intelligence value.
  • Creating written and/or brief findings to peers, partners, and leadership with a variety of technical background to effectively collaborate, shape project direction, and inform.
  • Working effectively across a range of customer and IC partners to proactively identify targeting opportunities and coordinate efforts across stakeholders.
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Demonstrated experience applying deep understanding of computer network exploitation concepts of project and toolsets.
  • Demonstrated experienced in computer forensics, network administration, and cybersecurity.
  • Demonstrated experience independently starting ad finishing a project with minimal guidance.
  • Demonstrated experience inheriting a project and independently finish it with minimal guidance.
  • Demonstrated experience with technical collection abilities in the IC.
  • Demonstrated experience with technical targeting and analysis tolls in the IC.
  • Demonstrated experience exploiting raw and sometimes ambiguous data and applying results in a project context.
  • Demonstrated experience creating network diagram from various data sources.
  • Demonstrated experience manipulating and parsing files of various structures and unstructured formats and extracting relevant technical data.
  • Demonstrated experienced using command line-based shells to interact with Windows and Linux.
  • Demonstrated experience in proficient use of scripting languages.
Desired Skills and Abilities
  • Demonstrated experience working as a technical target in Customer organization.
  • Demonstrated experience with network testing, defensive methodologies, and network responses.
  • Demonstrated experience with mobile technologies, including cellular networks.
  • Demonstrated experience with Chinese language skills (primarily written or reading).
Education Requirement
  • 8-10 years of experience
