Coastline provides world-class equipment solutions from John Deere, Wirtgen, Trimble, and Topcon. At their 13 locations, Coastline delivers best-in-class equipment, parts, service and technology solutions for customers. Our team of experts is driven to meet the needs of our customers both where they are today and where they are going tomorrow.
The team at Coastline is looking to hire a Rental Developer at their North Las Vegas, NV branch.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Customer Relations: Maintain personal contact with current and potential rental customers and provide daily follow-up on rentals.
  • Product Expertise: Serve as a product and application expert.
  • Policy Adherence: Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of department policies and procedures.
  • Logistics Management: Expedite pick-up and delivery and inspect rental units regularly.
  • Administrative Duties: Maintain customer call lists and submit call reports.
  • Market Analysis: Provide timely market intelligence on competitors.

Required Qualifications:
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with John Deere equipment and competitors.
  • Education: High School Diploma.
  • Communication Skills: Proficient in oral and written communication.
  • Performance Under Pressure: Ability to meet multiple and competing deadlines.
  • Team Collaboration: Cooperative behavior with various departments and colleagues.

Physical Requirements

  • Physical Conditions: Must be able to perform phone conversations, safely climb on/off machinery, lift at least 50 pounds, and operate a forklift.
