  • Leadership and/or management experience in a retail store environment

  • Delivery ofEmployee training

  • Merchandise maintenance and visual merchandising

  • Physical specifications: Constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching,grabbingand standing for at least two consecutive hours. May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders. Vision abilities include close vision, depth perception, andthe abilityto adjust focus.Involves lifting at least 30lbs.

  • Must have full availability to work40 hoursper week

The hourly wage for the position has a range of$20.11 to $21.51based onanticipatedresponsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints.The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law.The comprehensiveremunerationdetails, inclusive of any benefits, will be communicated upon finalization of the employment offer.
