Location: Sofive Rockville
Are you highly motivated, kid-centric, and passionate about soccer? Sofive Soccer Center is currently seeking enthusiastic educators and coaches to join our team! As a Skills Institute coach, you will play a pivotal role in providing fun, friendly, and structured weekly classes for children ages 5 to 12.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Lead engaging soccer training sessions for kids ages 5 to 12
  • Use our proven Skills Institute curriculum to teach core technical skills like dribbling, passing, shooting, and teamwork
  • Create a positive, encouraging, and challenging environment where players can grow
  • Foster character development by emphasizing teamwork, perseverance, and sportsmanship
  • Build meaningful relationships with players and families
  • Represent the Sofive, Skills Institute, and Lil' Kickers brands with enthusiasm
  • Support marketing efforts and assist with special events when needed

Schedule:
  • Weekend availability is required
  • Additional opportunities available on weekday afternoons and evenings
  • Shifts are consistent throughout a 13-week season
