We are seeking an EXPERIENCED & MOTIVATED Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our pediatric dental specialty office. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a genuine love for working with children.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring a smooth workflow and team efficiency
  • Supervise and train staff, promoting teamwork and collaboration to reach operational goals
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members to provide exceptional service and welcoming atmosphere.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years Experience in management role (team of at least x10)
  • Valid Driver's License
