Job Summary:The Assistant Gym Director plays a vital role in supporting the Gym Director in managing the day-to-day operations of the My Gym location. You will ensure the highest quality of service for both children and their families while fostering a positive and engaging environment. This leadership position requires a balance of business management, team leadership, and exceptional customer service skills. The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter with a passion for childhood development and a commitment to growing our community of families.
Responsibilities:
  • Support daily operations (administrative duties)
  • Train, coach, and mentor instructors
  • Lead classes and events
  • Support enrollment, retention, and parent communication
  • Assist with local marketing initiatives
  • Manage and contribute to social media content
  • Maintain My Gym brand standards and safety protocols

  • Childcare Experience: Proven experience working with young children in an organized play setting
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated leadership or management experience, with the ability
    to motivate and guide a team
