The Child Welfare Administrative Assistant will help transport clients as assigned by Foster Care Supervisor. Supervisor/monitor all visits between foster children and birth families. Maintain all documentation for case records and complete all DHS and FSCA required documentation in a timely manner. Complies with the administrative and service requirements of DHS and FSCA for the Childrenโs Service programs. Explains and/or presents that agencyโs programs, goals, and philosophies in the community as requested. Assists in program evaluation and research. Attends training required by FSCA/DHS and utilizes additional opportunities for development. This position functions as administrative assistant to ensure the day-to-day operation of assigned programs, and support the work of management and staff.

Qualifications for position are as follows:
- Education: High School Diploma or GED
- Willingness to work flexible schedule including some evenings and some weekends.
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of automobile liability insurance. With state mandated liability insurance coverage.
