Child Care Assistant / Daycare Worker

Neulife Rehabiliation of Florida seeking a patient, attentive, and dependable Child Care Assistant to provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children. This role involves supporting children's daily care needs, encouraging age-appropriate learning and social development, monitoring health and behavior, and working closely with parents and staff to help children reach educational and developmental milestones. The ideal candidate is energetic, compassionate, and committed to maintaining a clean, secure, and positive childcare setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide daily care including feeding, diapering, grooming, and supervising children

  • Establish routines and support age-appropriate learning, behavior, and social skills

  • Monitor children's health, safety, and emotional well-being and report concerns

  • Prepare children for the next stage of care or school readiness

  • Introduce children to activities such as art, music, and play-based learning

  • Maintain cleanliness by sanitizing toys, rooms, and play areas

  • Keep accurate childcare records and communicate progress with parents
