  • Case volume (typical/night): College Station ~50–55 studies; Greater Austin ~100–110 studies — consistent nightly volume, mostly STAT
  • Case mix: Primarily CT and X‑ray; ultrasound limited; minimal MRI/advanced studies
  • Acuity: ER-style workflow — College Station ~90% STAT; Greater Austin ~80%+ STAT; real-time reads, minimal backlog
