About the Opportunity
Setpoint Systems Corporation is a 43-year-old award-winning systems integration firm proudly serving the Rocky Mountain Region since 1983. With over four decades of experience, we have designed, installed, and serviced more than 4,000 integrated building control systems for over 1,600 commercial, industrial, and institutional clients. Our commitment to innovation, craftsmanship, and customer satisfaction has earned us numerous accolades and a reputation as a trusted leader in building control solutions.

Training & Service
  • Technical Training: Develop and execute training programs for technicians, engineers, and internal staff.
  • Customer Training: Create and deliver customer training on newly installed systems.
  • Documentation: Ensure accurate documentation of service orders, billing, and labor/material estimates.
  • Post-Installation: Oversee proper postmortem documentation and lessons-learned processes.

What We're Looking For

  • 10+ years of Building Automation Systems (BAS) controls experience - including mechanical system design.
  • 10+ years of management and leadership experience, with a proven track record of leading and developing teams.
  • Minimum bachelor's degree in electrical / mechanical engineering
  • CEM / PE certifications preferred
  • Hands-on experience with job costing and profit-and-loss management, with the ability to analyze financial performance and drive profitability at the project level.
  • Strong scheduling and project management skills with a history of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage organizational change and lead through rapid growth - building scalable processes and maintaining excellence through expansion.
  • Experience estimating labor, managing change orders, and overseeing subcontractors.
Who You Are
  • A dynamic problem solver who approaches challenges with creativity, urgency, and confidence.
  • A team player - collaborative, engaging, and energized by working alongside a talented group of people.
