Job description

Want tojoin a dynamic organization where you'll play a key role in shaping strategy and driving growth?
We're seeking a strategic, hands-on CFO to lead financial operations for a multi-entity transportation and logsitics organization across the U.S. Reporting to the President/CEO and serving on the executive team, this role drives financial performance, supports growth, and ensures strong fiscal management.
Key Responsibilities
•Lead financial strategy, planning, budgeting, and forecasting
•Oversee accounting, treasury, reporting, and compliance
•Manage asset and capital strategy, including cost optimization
•Deliver financial insights to executive leadership and Board
•Oversee financial systems, data integrity, and process automation
•Build and lead high-performing teams (5-7 direct reports)
Qualifications
•10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience
•Strong expertise in P&L management, cost control, and cash flow analysis
•Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills
•Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance required; CPA and/or MBA preferred
•Transportation/logistics industry experience strongly preferred
Compensation: 250-300 base, plus bonus/incentives
