Position Summary:

The Senior Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) is a strategic finance leader responsible for driving financial planning, management reporting, business performance analysis, and commercial finance support across the organization. This role partners closely with executive leadership, sales, operations, and functional leaders to provide actionable insights, improve decision-making, and deliver profitable growth. The position leads the budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes while serving as a key financial advisor on pricing, customer profitability, commercial investments, and strategic initiatives.

Essential Functions:

  • Lead the annual budget, monthly/quarterly forecast. 
  • Develop financial models and scenario analyses to support strategic decision-making. 
  • Analyze business performance, identify risks and opportunities. 
  • Monitor key financial and operational metrics, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. 
  • Drive continuous improvement in forecasting accuracy and planning processes.
  • Own the monthly management reporting process, including executive dashboards, board-level reporting, and performance reviews. 
  • Develop reporting frameworks that provide actionable insights across revenue, margin, profitability, and cash flow. 
  • Partner with business leaders to establish meaningful performance metrics and accountability measures. 
  • Analyze customer, product, and channel profitability to identify growth and margin enhancement opportunities. 

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or other related fields
  • 8-12 years of Finance experience, including 5+ years of relevant experiences in FP&A, Accounting and/or Commercial Finance
  • Experience in managing multiple stakeholders, across multiple locations. Must have worked in large, multi-layered organizations.
  • Ability to build strong working relationships with internal business units.
