The Chief Data Architect leads the design and implementation of enterprise data architecture and big data solutions supporting mission and operational objectives. This role provides technical leadership for large-scale data integration, analytics, visualization, and data engineering initiatives.


  • Define and implement enterprise Big Data architecture frameworks.
  • Translate mission and operational requirements into data systems, analytics, and visualization solutions.
  • Design scalable data architectures supporting structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data environments.
  • Guide engineering teams in developing data-centric solutions and analytic platforms.
  • Support data ingestion, management, transformation, and visualization initiatives.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to extract operational insights from large and complex datasets.
  • Develop strategies for managing high-volume and high-velocity data environments, including real-time data feeds.
