Job description

Weโ€™re looking for a handsโ€‘on financial leader to partner closely with the CEO and drive profitability, operational discipline, and longโ€‘term growth. This role blends dayโ€‘toโ€‘day financial leadership with strategic influence across the business, including M&A, capital strategy, and operational performance.

What Youโ€™ll Do
  • Drive margin improvement through cost discipline, pricing insight, and operational analysis
  • Partner with operations to identify inefficiencies across labor, materials, and project costing
  • Build scalable financial processes, systems, and forecasting capabilities
  • Lead and align Accounting, IT, and Equipment functions
  • Leverage data and analytics to improve decisionโ€‘making and performance
  • Support M&A strategy, diligence, and integration
  • Own financial planning, capital allocation, and risk management
  • Manage relationships with shareholders, lenders, and bonding partners
  • Contribute to board reporting, governance, and longโ€‘term ownership planning
