Duties and Responsibilities

Leadership

  • Coach and influence team members to improve overall performance
  • Guide the team in following proper procedures and meeting service expectations
  • Maintain a big-picture view of the operation and promote a "one team" mentality
  • Run shifts
  • Coach on systems and processes

Food Safety

  • Adhere to all food safety standards
  • Train and coach team members on food safety procedures and any updates

Speed of Service

  • Monitor and track speed of service
  • Motivate the team to meet and exceed service goals
  • Lead by example by demonstrating urgency and hustle

Accuracy

  • Track and improve order accuracy
  • Ensure every guest receives a remarkable experience through precise and accurate service
