Responsibilities:


  • Operations Management: Assist in daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, customer service, decision-making, and inventory management.
  • Marketing & Community Engagement: Participate in local restaurant marketing initiatives and community events to increase brand awareness.
  • Leadership Development: Attend training sessions on leadership skills, conflict resolution, and effective communication.
  • Project Management: Contribute to special projects, such as process improvement initiatives, new product launches, digital marketing, and improvement projects through LEAN initiatives, enhance training plans, and learn the impacts of indirect leadership.
  • Customer Experience: Ensure a positive experience for every guest by upholding
  • Website Management
  • Project Planning and execution
  • Work closely with the Area Marketing Director
  • Errands
  • Organized
  • Google, Squarespace and Excel projects
  • Graphic Designer Experience, Contractors, and Facebook
  • Social Media
  • Chick-fil-A's high standards of service and hospitality.
  • Monthly RMD meetings
  • P.O.P set up, assembling flowers for table tops, sampling menu items


Qualifications and Requirements


  • Business, Marketing, Hospitality, and related fields preferred.
  • Analyzing Customer Experience
  • Leadership development focused on decision-making, project management, strategy, team management, deep personal growth, and inspiring others to achieve shared goals, Chick-fil-A's business model.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
