This role is designed for a proven restaurant leader who is passionate about developing people, driving results, and supporting the General Manager in building a high-performing team and culture.

Position Summary

The Assistant Manager serves as a key member of the leadership team and acts as a coach, teacher, and operational leader. This individual helps execute daily operations, develops future leaders, ensures exceptional guest experiences, and maintains Chick-fil-A's high standards of food quality, cleanliness, speed, and hospitality.

The ideal candidate has restaurant leadership experience, thrives in fast-paced environments, leads by example, and understands that great operations begin with great people.

What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications
  • 2+ years of restaurant leadership experience.
  • Previous experience as a Shift Leader, Supervisor, Assistant Manager, or equivalent role.
  • Strong understanding of restaurant operations.
  • Ability to lead teams in a high-volume environment.
  • Demonstrated coaching and training experience.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to obtain required airport credentials and security clearances.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous Chick-fil-A experience.
  • Experience in Quick Service Restaurants (QSR).
  • Experience in high-volume or airport operations.
  • Food Safety Certification.
  • Proven record of developing leaders and improving team performance.
