Job Summary
The In-Seat Server is responsible for delivering food and beverage items from the kitchen to the guests in various sitting areas throughout the stadium. In this position, the server should understand the content of the menu and ensures that food is delivered in a timely fashion. The server should understand and follow food safety and sanitation guidelines and help with the execution of area setup and breakdown.
Key Areas of Responsibility
  • Ensures all food and beverage is properly delivered and/or stored.
  • Knowledgeable on all menu offerings.
  • Follows set up and break down processes efficiently.
  • Understands all event paperwork and reports.
  • Always exceeds guest expectations.
  • Adheres to location appearance guidelines.
  • Acts with a sense of urgency and professionalism.
  • Maintains prep and service areas.
  • Employs good safety and sanitation practices.
  • Follows responsible alcohol service policies.
  • Understands the importance of maintaining equipment and executes accordingly.
  • Thoroughly completes all event set-up and breakdown responsibilities within timelines provided.
  • Performs post event product inventory and restocks as needed.
  • Helps fellow employees whenever necessary.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Stand for long periods of time and be able to actively engage physically with guests.
  • Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
  • React with physical and mental alertness in emergency situations.
  • Demonstrate physical stamina and agility required to be mobile for long periods throughout the day.
  • Lift/move materials and equipment up to 50 pounds.
  • Move from sitting to standing position easily and quickly.

Job Requirements
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Must have and maintain a valid Washington State Food Handlers Permit and a Washington State Class 12 MAST Permit
