To be eligible for Skills for Chicago services, candidates must reside in Illinois or Indiana, be authorized to work in the United States, and be either unemployed or underemployed.

Job Highlights
  • Handle inbound customer interactions via phone, chat, and email in a fast-paced environment
  • Identify upselling opportunities and close sales to meet commission and performance targets
  • Resolve customer issues related to service, billing, payments, and collections accurately
  • Clearly explain bills, services, and product features to customers
  • Troubleshoot basic issues and escalate to higher-level support when necessary

Candidate Profile
  • Bilingual English Spanish required
  • 1+ year of consistent experience in an inbound call center or similar environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Commission-based sales experience strongly preferred
  • Strong customer focus, work ethic, and attention to detail
  • Effective problem-solving skills

Additional Information
  • Schedule is 40 hours per week on weekdays between 8am-6pm
