StoneStar Health is expanding! We're on the lookout for passionate and certified Pilates and Tai Chi Instructors who are dedicated to promoting holistic wellness and empowering clients on their journey to better health.


Position: Part-Time / Full-Time Pilates & Tai Chi Instructors
Schedule: Flexible hours available
Location: On-site at StoneStar Health or off-site community classes


What You’ll Do:

  • Lead safe, engaging, and effective Pilates and/or Tai Chi classes for a diverse range of clients
  • Customize sessions for various fitness and mobility levels
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary health team to support overall wellness plans
  • Educate clients on the physical and mental benefits of movement-based therapy


Requirements:
  • Certification in Pilates and/or Tai Chi instruction (e.g., STOTT, Balanced Body, Yoga Alliance, etc.)
  • Proven experience in group and/or private instruction
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain upon hiring)
  • Passionate about holistic health and creating inclusive, supportive environments
