Bon Secours Mercy Health is searching for a full time family medicine physician for a startup practice in South Chesterfield, VA!
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Family Medicine Physician to join our growing healthcare team in Chesterfield, VA. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive, patient-centered care for individuals of all ages, from newborns to seniors, within a collaborative and supportive environment. If you are passionate about making a positive impact on the health and well-being of families and communities, we would love to hear from you!
Details:
  • Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM, providers also have the option of a 4-10 schedule
  • See a mixture of adolescent, adult and geriatric patients
  • ~22 patients per day, depending on patient need, after ramp up period
  • Bon Secours Offers a competitive base compensation and the opportunity to earn bonus based on wRVU Productivity, attainment of quality goals, and collaboration with APC's.
  • 35 days of ATO annually is front-loaded, not accrued.
